Hi, this is my first build and am looking for some help...
what i would like to know is....
what the gt,gs,gts,gtx and oc mean after the nvidia 8 series video cards.
and which would be better geting.

The letters are Nvidia's way of marking different performance levels within a given segment. Generally speaking, it go like GS < GT < GTS < GTX. This isnt set in stone though, the 8800GT is more powerful than the original 8800GTS (but there has been a new 8800GTS released, the G92, which is more powerful than the 8800GT)

The OC usually means OverClocked.

NVM the part bout OC'ing lol, what im stuck on is choosing a GPU i kno i want a geforce 8800.. but dont kno which one would be best.. some help pls Smile

Yes they are compatible,

side note, the last link is based in the UK, and newegg will only ship to the US. If your based in the UK, your going to need a different provider than newegg for the parts for the build.
