| The speeds are generally good, the main problem is the connectivity. The problem seems to be isolated to Austin, but every once in a while (1-3 times a day) the connection just cuts out for minutes at a time, this has been going on since September, as confirmed by the news on their site. That isn't good. Aside from feeding the Time Warner machine, Road Runner is a good service. 5mbps down/512kbps up and pretty consistant about it, when it's working.

Over here in Hawaii it's the major service, but I believe they have a partnership with Earthlink, who provides the net itself.
The service is very reliable, and it's a huge jump from having dial-up for 11 years XD I think it's just an Austin-centralized problem, otherwise.
